International Monetary Fund
FACILITY CONDITIONS ASSESSMENT
- In early 2018, our team provided a comprehensive facility condition assessment for the International Monetary Fund’s headquarters in Washington, DC.
- Our major data collection and capital planning services for the facility focused on categorizing several elements – building code requirements and compliance, life safety, modernization, system reliability and several others.
- Our team, along with our architectural partners, were able to conduct onsite surveys of each asset, infrastructure and all systems in an aggressive 160-day schedule.
- From our findings, we were able to classify and rank major priorities of system deficiencies. Because of early coordination efforts and an initial understanding of IMF’s overall needs, we provided a recommended course of action while taking into account budget constraints.
