  • We supported CapitalSource Bank (CSB) in proceeding with a lease consolidation at their Chevy Chase office, a corporate financial headquarters in a multi-tenanted leased office building.
  • We were engaged by CSB to provide daily support throughout the transition in a wide variety of integrated services. Our team provided facility management services for existing staff at the office, including real estate support, landlord interface and the billing of 62,000 sq. ft. of sub-lease rents.
  • We also audited existing facility management (FM) functions and management and training services during the FM organization transition period. Our team provided on-site support for the development and implementation of the repack plan to sub-lease 26,000 sq. ft.
