• New systems without any downtime. We engineered the replacement of the existing VRF condenser units and designed a new DOAS unit and dedicated UPS system to solve site power issues.
• During the initial due diligence study, our recommended replacing the entire VRF system due to age and replacement challenges of using the existing infrastructure.
• Solving problems beyond the original contract. During design, our team was able to assist and correct previous design issues to ensure that the new HVAC system provides a true fully functioning system to the staff at Unity Health.
• We designed a new UPS and BMS system to ensure that during power outages the facility would have the ability to have the first floor operational.
