TENANT PORTFOLIO

• A long-term client. We have supported Monday Properties on multiple base-building and tenant improvement projects in multiple buildings in their portfolio.
• Our team has provided design and construction administration for several hundred thousand square feet of tenant space, a dozen common area redesigns, and over $ 5,000,000 in equipment replacements and infrastructure upgrades.
• The eight project buildings vary in age and condition from 25 year-old VAV-based buildings to 50 year-old CV/CF systems.
