OFFICE REPOSITIONING

• ‘Designed to inspire.’ The owner’s goal in repositioning this project was to create luxury office space for creative companies. The project included new lobbies at both building entrances a bike room, a library/lounge, a café, and new restrooms.
• Energy efficient systems. Our team replaced the existing chilled water AC units on the mezzanine level serving the lobby with a new energy efficient system for the lobby and floor mounted DX air conditioning units for the mezzanine.
• The economizer cycle for the new AC units serving the mezzanine level is an air side economizer since the building condenser water system did not have free cooling capability.
• We also designed a new dedicated air-cooled air conditioning system for the library/lounge.
