- Reimagining a corporate campus. When Reebok moved out of this campus, Newmark Knight Frank repositioned the building to include amenities unparalleled in greater Boston. This included a café, breakfast bistro, food stations, concierge area, and pizza station as well as a new roof terrace with gas fire pits, outdoor lighting, and outdoor power.
- The main challenge on this project was all the new plumbing requirements for the new sinks (hand wash and food prep sinks) as well as new gas line requirements.
- The design of the double height café seating area consisted of going from a closed ceiling to open ceiling, with all new round ductwork and upright sprinklers.
