REPOSITIONING

Reimagining a corporate campus. When Reebok moved out of this campus, Newmark Knight Frank repositioned the building to include amenities unparalleled in greater Boston. This included a café, breakfast bistro, food stations, concierge area, and pizza station as well as a new roof terrace with gas fire pits, outdoor lighting, and outdoor power.
The main challenge on this project was all the new plumbing requirements for the new sinks (hand wash and food prep sinks) as well as new gas line requirements.
The design of the double height café seating area consisted of going from a closed ceiling to open ceiling, with all new round ductwork and upright sprinklers.
