BASE BUILDING ENGINEERING
- Drawing reviews to fit-outs. Our work in the building includes ASHRAE Energy Audits to reviewing/updating engineering building standards and technical support.
- One of the significant projects we completed was the upgrade of the existing MEP infrastructure to help our client meet the criteria to be classified as a Class A office building.
- We helped develop a masterplan for the MEP infrastructure upgrades. Then we completed a due diligence assessment of existing building electrical services, condenser water systems, chillers, base building air handling units and the BMS system.
