TENANT IMPROVEMENTS

Upgraded systems for Class A tenants. We were hired to upgrade the base building systems at this building in Times Square, which is only a few buildings at The Crossroads of the World with Class A office space.
Following our survey of the existing systems, we designed all new existing distribution ductwork, terminal air devices, Air outlets, supplemental AC units, electrical lighting and outlets, and fire/life safety systems.
Improving Indoor Air Quality. Having good indoor air quality was a priority for the client, and one way that we helped improve the build’s IAQ was to design filtration in all open return and exhaust ductwork and outlets to prevent dirt from accumulating and entering into the base building systems.
