KIPLING SERVICE CENTER
- A redesigned space. Xcel Energy wanted to renovate an existing two-story service center in order to continue providing service to their 5.8+ million electricity and natural gas customers.
- Our scope of work included MEP/FP design for a new elevator, renovated office spaces, break areas, training room, critical facilities, and warehouse areas.
- Our team designed new lighting to meet Xcel Energy standards. Xcel’s desire was to upgrade this service center to provide their critical service employees with improved facilities.
