As base building engineer for multiple properties, we help Monday maintain reliable systems while addressing evolving tenant needs and aging infrastructure. OUR SOLUTION
We’ve provided ongoing base building engineering, technical advisory, and design services across Monday Properties’ portfolio, including:
- Providing base building engineering for ten office buildings, supporting daily operations and long-term capital planning.
- Designing and upgrading core mechanical and electrical infrastructure, including chillers, cooling towers, boilers, generators, air handling units, and pumping systems.
- Delivering energy-focused system replacements, such as upgrading legacy boilers to high-efficiency condensing systems to reduce fuel consumption and operating costs.
