LIPAN DISTRIBUTION CENTER

• We lead. For this project, we led the overall design team, coordinating the architectural, structural, civil and landscape consultants during the design process, and provided engineering for new MEP services for the upgrade to the Xcel’s distribution center.
• The goal of the project was to improve the functionality and vehicle maintenance flow of the site, including 18 new vehicle service bays, new customer service offices, a new parts storage area, and employee amenities.
• We design. Our team designed a new electrical distribution and sprinkler service to serve the renovated facility and provided a new rooftop unit to serve the office area, as well as new energy recovery ventilators and destratification fans to serve the garage.
