HEADQUARTERS CONSOLIDATION

• We design. Our team provided MEP/FP engineering services for DraftKings’ headquarters expansion.
• Renovations of the space included a lounge, cafe, offices, open office area, meeting spaces, conference room, barbershop, production and filming studio.
• We helped coordinate and design the opening of the partitions between two locations; 500 Boylston Street and 222 Berkeley Street. This is extremely rare to have in Boston and was the first time performed in the building and presented several challenges to overcome.
• We do IT. Part of our success on this project meant creating a document that outlined all the IT requirements and the technology program for the spaces and pathways, including MEP/FP infrastructure requirements.
