INTERIOR RENOVATION

• We design. The design of this project included renovations to two floors of Pegasystems’ Cambridge office.
• The renovations included IDF rooms with supplemental cooling and the MEP/FP design of an open office space.
• We do AV. In addition to MEP engineering, the renovations also included AV design, meaning heavy coordination with lighting and AV consultants on the projects.
• We performed code, exiting, and life safety reviews to assist the design team in achieving permits.
• The Executive Briefing Center (EBC) includes large conference rooms, event space and heavy AV integration designed to host large conferences and demonstrate product abilities.
• Under construction. We our currently working with Pegasystems on their new 115,000 sq. ft. headquarters in Waltham, MA.
