LEED COMMISSIONING

• Our team commissioned both core and shell and the fit-out equipment.
• We were hired because of our technical and engineering expertise and ability to coordinate directly with the contractor and engineer of record to streamline the commissioning process.
• Commissioned equipment included: chillers, base building AC units, CRAC units air purifiers, fan coil units, fan powered boxes, VAVs, domestic hot water heaters, electrical panelboards, electrical meters, lighting controls and pre-action systems.
• As a LEED Gold project, our services included LEED enhanced commissioning including drawing reviews, submittal reviews and commissioning.
• We also provided enhanced commissioning to include a warranty check to confirm the systems are still operating as intended 10 months after completion.
