HEADQUARTERS RENOVATION

• Utility company headquarters. Our client is an international electricity and gas company and one of the largest investor-owned energy companies in the world.
• The program included a mission critical gas dispatch and scheduling group, a mission critical emergency operators center, MEP support for relocation of communications tower, a call center, and retail space.
• Improved Indoor Air Quality. To improve air quality and reduce transmission of harmful particles, we designed UV lighting for the main air handling units the seven fan coil units that serve the gas dispatch.
• We designed the HVAC systems as standalone system, not reliant on the building systems.
