Meet the WB team

Associate Principal

An early memory of being at WB

When I started in 2002, we were in a small office space and my desk was a folding table set up in the conference room with two other employees. While it was nice to have a direct view out over the Brooklyn Bridge, I was really happy when we moved into a larger office – with a real desk.

An interesting project

My most interesting project has been working for General Dynamics Electric Boat. Designing manufacturing buildings for nuclear submarines is pretty cool. And quite a change from most of my projects – it is fun.

A natural fit

I have a degree in mechanical engineering from Penn State University. Growing up, I was always interested in how things worked and enjoyed working on anything mechanical so it seemed like a natural fit. It definitely was a good choice.

An open door

It always sounds good for a company to say that they have an open door policy – it’s nice when a company actually has one. WB does. It’s also really nice that people here feel like they are an integral part of what happens here.

A little free time

I used to spend my free time boating, fishing and working on classic cars. These days, I’m most happy spending time with my three daughters, coaching their soccer teams and just hanging out.

Our founders. Our leaders. The visionaries. The people who take the final ownership for our work. David, Vinny, Peter, Peter, Mike, Tom and Craig have a great balance of experience and ideas. They are Improving The Way Things Are Done everyday, and making sure that we do, too.
