NAB Headquarters Relocation

When The National Association of Broadcasters made the decision to relocate their headquarters to Monument Realty’s new development at the Capital Riverfront in Washington, DC, Monument enlisted our expertise in base building infrastructure design. The new commercial building will be a ten-story Class A office building with an additional penthouse level. There are also three levels of garage parking. The program includes a broadcast theater, broadcast studio and conference center. We are helping to design this project to achieve LEED Gold certification.

In addition to our infrastructure design for this commercial building, we are also the MEP engineer for the adjacent 180,000 sq. ft. residential building scheduled to break ground alongside this commercial build. Together, these projects mark a huge milestone along the Capitol Riverfront. This fast growing neighborhood continues to make a name as a great place to work and the best city living on the river!
