• A high profile sublet. We worked over two and a half years to help Verizon Business complete the first federal agency sublet in one of their telecommunications facilities, including a radio command center and data center.
• The project included total RF Shielding of the sub-let tenant space and pathways to the space within the building.
• New stand-alone incoming electrical service, UPS systems, generator systems, and electrical distribution were required as part of the regulatory requirements.
• Design for redundancy. We designed redundant HVAC systems for the new data center, dark fiber infrastructure pathways, security systems, and rooftop radio antenna as necessary to support the federal agency’s requirements.
