WAREHOUSE REPOSITIONING

Repositioning an old warehouse. The building was converted from an old tire manufacturing/warehouse to an electric vehicle assembly plant, warehouse, office, and hazardous materials (like paint and batteries) storage.
Our design included a new medium voltage distribution system consisting of ten unit substations, cable trays, and bus duct throughout the plant for power distribution.
The new HVAC system consisted of design for thirty-five 75-ton air handling units for the main production areas. These units were split between the roof and ground mounted platforms.
Plumbing design included the design of central air compressor system for the entire manufacturing plant, domestic water, sanitary system (including lift stations), and natural gas distribution for the HVAC units and all the manufacturing equipment.
