INTERIOR FIT-OUT

• Meeting the GSA’s design standards. We worked with the architect and the GSA to fit-out four floors in compliance with GSA design guidelines.
• We designed a new glycol loop within the building to support MDF and IDF rooms as well as conference rooms requiring 24/7 cooling.
• Improving indoor air quality. Other critical spaces included a mail room where we designed an air purification system to help remove any contaminants from the air stream.
• One of the floors also included a secure area that had more stringent design standards. We had to design and specify manbars (with in-duct viewports) to fit within ductwork serving this area as well as additional power for X-Ray equipment
