- Linthicum, MD. We performed project management services on the phased, time restricted expansion and renovations of the Crab Cake facility. Our team combined two spaces into one cohesive classified service desk for a confidential government client. The office space included renovations to the general offices, storage room, conference room, and kitchenette area. Once complete, our client sought out the project management skills they knew would meet their expectations. We continued the project combining the existing space to a secured facility with the adjacent controlled space.This expansion took place while fully occupied and required detailed coordination, oversight and management by us.
- Colorado Springs, CO. Design build services for the purchase and installation of a new 80KW generator to support the LAN Room equipment and HVAC systems for both our client and their customer. We worked closely with the client, the building landlord, our sub consultants and the construction team to finish the project in under 13 weeks.
- Dulles View NATO Facility. Project support services for multi-phase renovations, reconfigurations and secured suite expansions. Renovations include acoustical upgrades, IT/AV additions and overall security improvements.
- Intelligence Division HQ. Project management and engineering support of a multi-phase renovation of secured Intel Division 4-story HQ facility. We led and completed renovations to 75% of the facility including proposal suites, NOC/SOC, Conference Center and office space.
