• In addition to supporting their engineering needs on mission critical, SCIF, data center, and DoD portfolio of leased and owned facilities, we provide overall program/project management support of their most important projects.
• We are responsible for developing overall program requirements, budget development/tracking, design team and contractor procurement, permit acquisition and overall construction oversight.
• Our team has supported over $200M in construction initiatives in more than 10 states since beginning our work with this client. 10% of that work was completed through turnkey, design/build and direct award solutions provided by our team and supported by our construction partners.
