IAQ IMPROVEMENTS

• Improving IAQ – and productivity. In order to reduce tenants’ exposure to harmful particles and improve indoor air quality, we completed IAQ studies at three locations in New York, totaling 32 floors.
• Our team surveyed the existing conditions and interviewed the building maintenance personnel to understand the system operation and maintenance schedule of the equipment.
• The goal was to explore methods to improve the IAQ within the buildings and limit the occupant’s potential exposure to viruses from their building’s air distribution systems.
• Multiple options. We presented several options to Simons Foundation for each location based on the HVAC system types in the buildings.
