UVGI STUDY

• Improving indoor air quality. Our team performed UVGI (ultraviolet germicidal irradiation) studies at five buildings owned by Boston Properties in the Boston/Waltham area.
• Our study analyzed different HVAC systems in order to recommend the most effective UVGI solutions.
• We provided Boston Properties with a study and report, which included descriptions of the existing HVAC systems and how UVGI could be implemented. We also confirmed constructability for each option.
• Our analysis included Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) pricing for the cost of engineering and installation.
