HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

• Managing hazardous materials. We developed a strategy to help Northeastern University comply with the new lab requirements regarding hazardous materials for eleven of their lab buildings.
• Our team provided guidance in developing a comprehensive and sustainable compliance plan, in line with the Boston Fire Prevention Code and the expectations of the Boston Fire Department.
• We identified gaps that currently existed, developed a plan of action to address those gaps, as well as tracked project progress and tasks deadlines.
• Managing the project schedule. As part of our project management, we provided NEU with project updates and recommended actions to keep the project on schedule.
