DATA CENTER MODERNIZATION & RELIABILITY
- Growth and modernization. We were hired to lead the design for expanding and improving the reliability of an existing data center in order to allow for growth and modernization of the emergency power distribution infrastructure.
- Our team assessed the existing and future load, evaluated the existing M&E infrastructure, and made recommendations for emergency power and HVAC as well as recommendations on the building’s spare capacity in order to reduce capital outlay with future expansion.
- Contributed to the construction management phase through participation and site visits, and made schedule, cost, MOP, construction, and installation recommendations.
- Simplifying complex information drives decisions. But simplifying complex information through program validation and a detailed analysis of the design options, we helped the owner make informed decisions about the project, control scope creep, and manage budget and schedule impacts.
