SMART BUILDING CLASS A OFFICE

• Our smart building team oversaw the implementation of Hank, a smart building’s analytics software, at DivcoWest’s ten-story Class A office building. DivcoWest currently holds the EPA’s Energy Star Label for superior energy and environmental performance.
• Initially, Hank applied analytics to identify portions of the existing HVAC system that were not operating correctly or that needed repair. Once repairs were completed, our team used Hank to optimize the operation of the buildings existing HVAC system resulting in 20% energy savings.
