TIER II DATA CENTERS

• Advise. Our defense client needed to expand and relocate their facilities to support their campus.
• We helped redefine their programming needs by supporting from the initial phased in early due diligence, site selection and overall program development. With our advisement aligning with their need to house a production data center, system testing integration lab, SCIF standard secured facilities, corporate office space and a secured conference center – our client was able to relocate to their new Class A office building.
• Design. Our team continued to provide project support services, design and engineering consulting throughout the duration of the project. The design included two 1,000 sq. ft. Tier II data centers with the capability to upgrade to Tier III in the future.
• We were able to deliver this project on time, under budget and aligned with all the executive directives from the client’s leadership teams.
