ABOUT THE PORTFOLIO
Our team works with a confidential defense and technology client to support the expansion of its secure facilities portfolio across the United States. As the company has grown from a small operation into a national organization supporting government-sponsored programs, it has required scalable facilities ranging from secure office space and data centers to research, development, and testing laboratories. Due to the sensitive nature of the client’s work, each project requires specialized secure facility design while maintaining flexibility for future growth.
OUR SOLUTION
As part of the portfolio, our team is:
- Providing MEP/FP/FA engineering, IT consulting, and security coordination for secure facilities nationwide, including SCIF environments, R&D laboratories, corporate headquarters, and mission-critical infrastructure.
- Designing future-proofed building systems that allow the client to expand operations and accommodate additional capacity and changing program requirements.
- Coordinating secure facility infrastructure requirements, including TEMPEST-compliant design considerations, secure utility penetrations, filtered power and fire alarm systems, waveguides, and protected ductwork pathways.
- Delivering highly reliable mechanical and electrical infrastructure to support 24/7 mission-critical operations, including a new central UPS, new generator, new chiller plant, domestic water booster pumps, and upgraded water services for their R&D environments.
- Serving as a trusted advisor throughout the client’s continued national expansion, helping standardize infrastructure and technical solutions across multiple facilities and locations.
