ABOUT THE PROJECT

A confidential global investment management firm worked with us on the Audio-Visual (AV) design for a new regional office built within a shell space in a prime urban location. The office was developed as a collaboration hub within the firm’s broader portfolio, supporting frequent interaction with other domestic and international offices. Because the space would host executive meetings and training sessions, the firm’s primary goal was to deliver a high-quality meeting experience consistent with its global standards, while remaining intuitive for everyday users.

OUR SOLUTION

We supported the client by:

• Designing AV systems for conference rooms, training spaces, and collaborative areas to support both in-person and remote participants.
• Developing an immersive meeting environment that creates an experience that is similar to being in-person for participants across locations, using carefully specified camera, display, and microphone configurations.
• Specifying AV hardware and control systems based on room function, sightlines, and user experience goals.
• Coordinating AV layouts with architectural design to maintain furniture placement and finishes that reinforce the immersive experience.
• Designing systems that automatically track speakers and adjust framing without user intervention, allowing meetings to flow naturally.
• Working closely with the client’s IT team and the project architect to ensure AV systems aligned with design standards, network requirements, and available power.
• Supporting project delivery through equipment specifications, documentation, and coordination with installation teams to meet move-in schedule requirements.
