Harbor Group repositions and renovates space within its portfolio to keep buildings competitive and ready for occupancy. We provide required special inspections services to support these efforts, helping Harbor Group advance tenant fit-outs and interior upgrades while meeting Department of Buildings (DOB) requirements. Our inspections verify that work performed within their buildings is documented properly and approved for occupancy.

OUR SOLUTION

Across multiple tenant improvement projects and interior renovations, our scope has included:

• Confirming that mechanical, life-safety, and energy code systems were installed in accordance with approved construction documents.
• Inspecting fire-rated assemblies, coatings, and penetration protection to support safe occupancy across renovated spaces.
• Managing final inspections and issuing letters of completion for DOB sign-off.
• Serving as Engineer of Record on select projects to support smooth continuity from design through inspection.
