CELEBRATING NATIONAL INTERN DAY!
Today, our team is celebrating our interns! We want to take this opportunity to thank all of our interns for their hard work this summer. They have demonstrated extreme ownership, quality, and teamwork – which are our core values – through their work. They have asked questions. They’ve brought value to our projects. They’ve learned a lot. And so have we. We’ve enjoyed having them on our team and getting to know each of them. Thank you, Alexander, Alvin, Anna, Bhadra, Brett, Chris, Colton, Emma, Emmanuel, Gillian, Joseph, Liam, Michael, Shea, Sophia, Tom, and Yashwi!
In honor of the day, we asked Alvin, Anna, Emma, Shea, and Tom about their experience with our team. They introduce themselves, share highlights from this summer, and talk about what they’ve learned. They also talk about what being an intern has meant to them.

WHAT IS NATIONAL INTERN DAY?
National Intern Day, launched by WayUp in 2017, acknowledges and recognizes interns’ work as future workplace leaders. And we agree! At WB, we have had over 25 interns transition to full-time employees. We love to invest in our internship program by providing opportunities to be challenged and a path for growth. We look forward to celebrating in the years to come!
