ABOUT THE PROJECT

Weiss Asset Management partnered with our team to support the expansion of its Boston headquarters into an additional floor. As a financial management firm with active trading operations and frequent internal and client-facing meetings, Weiss needed Audio-Visual (AV) systems that prioritized a high-end workplace experience. Key project goals included creating adaptable spaces that support multiple uses without disruption, from large town hall meetings and hybrid collaboration to employee wellness programming.

OUR SOLUTION

Our audiovisual consulting and design services included:

• Designing AV systems for a highly flexible, divisible conference and café space that can function as a standard meeting room or expand into a large all-hands venue.
• Coordinating multiple cameras, microphones, and displays to support clear communication for both in-room and remote participants, regardless of room configuration.
• Developing AV solutions that enable seamless audio and video distribution into adjacent spaces when walls are opened for larger gatherings.
• Supporting wellness-focused spaces, including a yoga and wellness room, with AV systems that enable remote instructors and user-controlled audio.
• Designing intuitive, bring-your-own-device AV functionality to allow employees to easily connect personal devices for presentations and collaboration.
• Coordinating closely with architectural, IT, and MEP teams to ensure AV systems were integrated into the space without compromising aesthetics or functionality.
