ABOUT THE PROJECT

Invisible Sentinel relocated and expanded into a new facility to support its growing research and assembly operations following an acquisition by a global life sciences company. The goal was to create a modern workplace that included laboratory, warehouse, and office spaces. As part of this relocation, Invisible Sentinel needed Audio-Visual (AV) systems that could support internal meetings and staff gatherings. They also needed a space to support information sharing without disrupting highly technical lab operations.

OUR SOLUTION

As part of the project, we:

• Designed AV systems for conference rooms to support day-to-day meetings and hybrid collaboration.
• Developed AV solutions for a central café and gathering space, including projection systems to support town halls, presentations, and company-wide events.
• Coordinated displays and monitors within laboratory and operational areas to communicate real-time information supporting ongoing work.
• Integrated AV systems seamlessly with architectural and MEP design to maintain clean sightlines and avoid interference with sensitive lab environments
• Collaborated with the project team to ensure AV systems aligned with the client’s evolving operational needs and future expansion plans.

THE IMPACT

The audiovisual systems support a more connected workplace, allowing Invisible Sentinel’s teams to share information and gather as a company without interrupting research and production activities.
