When a client gives Jon a deadline, he will meet it. He is a talented engineer with extensive experience in Revit and energy modeling. And he is also our go-to resource for complicated mechanical questions.
MedImmune has been a long-term client. When Jon first started working with us, he was often the senior mechanical engineer on the projects. Now, he is the project manager for all of our MedImmune work, overseeing not only our team but all of our architectural and engineering sub-consultants.
A memorable project
Jon's most memorable project was the preliminary design of FDA’s Winchester Engineering Analytical Center. As a part of the project, he got to interview scientists about their day-today-activities, tour the lab, and survey all of the equipment they use. What made it particularly fascinating was the uplifting, inquisitive nature of the scientists. At one point during the interviews, an architect accidentally used a permanent marker on one of the whiteboards. Instead of getting angry, the scientists were very excited about the opportunity to test chemicals that would remove the marker, but leave the whiteboard intact. How memorable!
