Jesse’s favorite projects are the ones where all of the MEP systems in a building have to be replaced without taking the building off line for any extended period time. They’re ugly. They’re complicated. But they involve strategic level design and coordination with owners, contractors, and other members of the design team – and this type of work is exactly where Jesse is at his best.
A former adjunct professor, Jesse is a frequent speaker on topics ranging from occupant comfort to code compliance to fundamentals of mechanical design.
A memorable project
One of Jesse’s memorable projects started as a seemingly uncomplicated workplace fit-out. During our due diligence study, his team identified system level issues with the planned renovation. Our scope expanded to include a building HVAC master plan. And the HVAC upgrades have resolved problems that have existed in the building for years.
