The dining room table
As the second employee in our Boston office, Dan’s first desk was Peter Dussault’s dining room table. What made Dan an asset to our team in the early days – and still holds true today – is a willingness to do what it takes to get jobs done. In his role as principal, Dan manages teams and key projects as well as co-managing the Boston office. Beyond being a talented engineer, his success in this role can be attributed to his ability to make everyone feel important.
A few months after Dan started; the CEO called him and asked him to obtain his LEED AP. He did – the same week he was asked. Dan was our team’s first engineer to earn this certification and one of the USGBC’s early adopters.
Managing key accounts
Dan has been responsible for managing our Verizon account in the northeast region since 2000, overseeing hundreds of projects and hundreds of millions in construction work. His success in working with them is that he is extremely client oriented and the epitome of practical.
