We are celebrating
20 years in business.
In the beginning
We opened our doors in 1999, during the height of the dot.com era. Our founding principals, David Bonifacic, Vincent Warner and Peter Dussault, were working on a project to enable Verizon to compete in the long distance market and support dot.com companies. The project meant a long road trip to the NFL cities around the country.
The height of the dot com
Their idea was that the market was missing an MEP company that could respond to the fast pace of the dot.com clients and approach the design of engineering systems with a business mind. They knew they could fill that gap. So WB was founded.
While our client list has grown far beyond those original dot.com clients, the way we do business hasn’t changed much. Sure, we have way better technology now. We have lots more really smart team members, too. But we’ve stayed true to our entrepreneurial roots. We still think fast and respond fast. And we always will.
We are engineering experts and business people who advise, design, and construct nationwide. We trust our team to take great care of our clients, so we take great care of our team. We improve the way things are done by delivering quality work, creating an exceptional client experience, and maintaining our entrepreneurial spirit.
The following list of core values reflects what really matters to our team. These are not values that change from situation to situation or person to person. They are the foundation of our company culture.
