He began his career at WB in 2001 and has grown with the firm, starting as an engineer and now contributing to its continued success as COO. Known for his people-first leadership style, Mike ensures teams feel supported, stay connected, and operate as one company across offices with the tools and technology needed to deliver high-quality results. Mike is a licensed Professional Engineer in 11 states (AZ, CA, CO, CT, LA, MA, NH, NY, NC, RI, VT).
