SPEC LABORATORY

• A vision for the future. The purpose of this project was to develop a spec laboratory that potential tenants could visit and get a better understanding of how their lab could operate.
• Our team fit out half of the building as laboratory/ office space. The other half of the building was left open for the future tenant to configure.
• The lab portion of the building was supplied with a compressed air system, non-potable hot and cold water, and a potable water system for emergency showers.
• The importance of outside air. The lab area was designed with dedicated outside air units to meet air change requirements.
