This classic steakhouse has ten locations across America and opened a restaurant in the suburbs of Boston. This 225 seat dining room includes three private dining spaces, a 25 seat bar and small outdoor patio. Paying close attention to the client’s budget, we reused much of the existing systems while maintaining code requirements in order to support the client’s goals of comfortable and high-end restaurant space.

This project included multiple exhaust hoods, medium and low pressure ductwork and the addition of unit heaters to warm each of the entrances. All new electrical panels, power and data distribution, lighting and emergency devices were provided throughout the space. In addition, the existing fire protection and plumbing systems were reworked to fit the restaurant.

In the end, the client was pleased that we were within their budget and had a beautiful new space.
