ABOUT THE PORTFOLIO

We have partnered with this client to deliver multiple data centers designed to support diverse tenant requirements. Their goal was to develop energy-efficient, flexible facilities capable of accommodating both single-tenant and multi-tenant configurations while providing high reliability and uptime. Each facility we design integrates redundant systems, efficient hydropower cooling, and Tier III–level resilience to support their expanding client base in cloud, colocation, and enterprise markets.

OUR SOLUTION

We’ve provided engineering and consulting services across this client’s national portfolio, including:

• Designing campus-wide power and communication infrastructure, including substation design, medium voltage distribution, and fiber network layouts to connect multi-building campuses.
• Upgrading critical electrical systems, such as switchgear, UPS systems, and generators, to enhance redundancy and accommodate high-density loads.
• Engineering advanced electrical systems that support Tier III–level resilience through redundant cooling and power distribution.
• Conducting arc flash studies and system coordination analyses to ensure safety and system reliability across live facilities.
• Integrating natural gas fuel cells and energy-efficient systems to improve sustainability and lower operating costs.
• Supporting tenant improvements and commissioning activities to validate system performance and ensure seamless handover for operations teams.
