We worked with PAREXEL International to select a site which would best fit their business goals and then worked with them on the fit-out of the coordination hub and distribution center. Our detailed analysis of all of the sites, and ranking of the most important MEP considerations for each site, helped them to make the decision to sign a lease at the Quakertown.

This project included the design of office space, warehouse, ambient controlled storage, refrigerated storage, and freezer storage totally approximately 40,000 sq. ft. All areas with drug storage or shipping were designed per Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) standards, and we worked with the team to obtain the FDA’s approval.

During construction, we visited the site weekly, and stayed in close contact with PAREXEL to ensure that they were constantly updated as to the status of the project.
