Supporting the Merriweather District Redevelopment project, we provided the base building engineering for the ground up construction of the six-story mixed-use office building. During our eight month design period, we limited all rooftop equipment and minimized interior ductwork depth. This enabled us to maximize the overall Federal Acquisition Regulation without compromising interior floor to ceiling elevations.

The 15,000 sq. ft. ground floor retail space was designed with future retail provisions, including accommodating gas service, grease hood exhaust, and commercial dishwasher exhaust.

We provided commissioning services for the MEP base building equipment, including dry coolers and pumps, electric wall unit heaters, exhaust fans, RTUs, split evaporator and condenser systems, VAV boxes, electrical switchboards and panelboards, and water heaters.
