We were hired to provide engineering services for a store located in The King of Prussia Mall in Pennsylvania and the flagship store at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. We designed the mechanical and electrical systems based on the services being provided by the malls and ensured energy code compliance. We also designed plumbing systems for new bathrooms and fire protection systems.

In the flagship store at The Forum Shops, the ground floor was high-end retail space, and the second floor was primarily back-of-house space. Our scope of work included researching the installation of a standalone cooling tower design to supplement the building condenser water due to constraints on the existing systems.

For the King of Prussia store, we confirmed the exact amount of CFM supplied to the space for the VAV system supplied to the space.
