Our team engineered the MEP systems for Glossier’s new full floor headquarters. Having previously designed the base building systems as part of our involvement in the repositioning of the building, we had insight into the systems. This expertise about the existing systems enabled us to advise Glossier about design decisions and facilitated meeting the project deadlines.
Glossier’s new offices consist primarily of open plan workstations, a large boardroom, conference/breakout rooms, telephone booths, a cosmetics testing room, a creative team room, copy room, reception area and lobby, and a full-service pantry, lounge/multi-purpose area. An open layout and minimal design showcases the brand’s personality and help Glossier achieve its goals of employee retention and efficiency.
Our team worked with Glossier and the owner’s rep to help develop and achieve the objectives for this space, including lease review, development of objectives, design and close-out.
