The Red Hook neighborhood in Brooklyn is largely an industrial hub because of its proximity to the New York Harbor. We are currently working on a new three story Class A industrial facility in this neighborhood.

The building will include designated parking areas, with the first and third floors holding fourteen semi-tractor trailers each and the second level holding 40 vehicles. To accommodate for such high density for vehicles while also trying to maximize the warehouse space, we carefully selected the locations for the smoke purges as well as locations of the heating and ventilation units on each floor.
