A third-generation engineer
Patrick was born an engineer. He describes himself as the kid that would take everything in his house apart and put it back together just to see how things worked on the inside. From toasters to microwaves to VCRS, he did it all! He is also a third-generation engineer and loves being able to follow in the footsteps of his father and grandfather.
Above everything else, Patrick is a problem solver. And he loves what he does because of the feeling that comes from working his way through complex problems that require creative solutions. That feeling is what gets him to work everyday.
A memorable project
A project that stands out to Patrick is one for a financial client located at 55 Hudson Yards. From designing a secondary condenser water system to computer room cooling, he enjoyed the project because he learned a lot about how to make systems operate efficiently. He also got to design control systems, which is something he is particularly passionate about!
