Moshe chose a profession in engineering thinking that he was going to build a car. For someone who likes a variety of project responsibilities, a focus on cars was too limiting. So he decided to pursue designing building systems.
Moshe’s start as a project manager came when a senior leader stepped down opening up an opportunity. He found that not only did he enjoy working on the business side of engineering that comes with project management, but that it is a natural fit with his communication skills.
A favorite project
While he doesn’t have a favorite type of project, converting a former parking garage into Inwood High School does stand out as a favorite project. The building was designed for a lot of cars and not a lot of people is now being completely repositioned, and with that comes a lot of MEP design challenges.
